2. Membership and accounts

Creating an account requires accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for account security. An account may only be used by one user.

3. Service level and availability

The platform aims to provide uninterrupted access with reasonable effort, but temporary outages may occur due to planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

4. Data ownership

Product, order and customer data belonging to your store are yours. The platform processes this data solely to provide the service.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are set according to the selected plan and published on the pricing page. Fees are not changed without prior notice.

6. Content and sales responsibility

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the products and content you list in your store.

7. Third-party connections

Integrations you set up with payment, shipping, or other service providers are subject to that provider's own terms of service.

8. Intellectual property

The platform's software and design belong to Atajoy. The rights to the brand and content you upload to your store remain yours.

9. Changes and dispute resolution

These terms may be updated from time to time; users are notified of material changes. In disputes, a mutual resolution is sought first.
